Can't open saves #1

When attempting to edit the last used save, it responds in: "Unable to load user file: unable to read beyond the end of the stream." and attempting to read the other users results in: "User file "C:/ProgramData/PopCap Games/PlantsVsZombies/userdata/user2.dat" is missing in user data location. I tried on Non-GOTY and Steam GOTY

Encountered the same issue, the project is very old and no longer maintained. I recommend simply opening up the file in a hex-editor like HxD and editing the values manually. Make sure that you backup your userdata folder for me it is located at: C:\ProgramData\PopCap Games\PlantsVsZombies
