Fixed several issues and added 'new' field for videos #72

Fixed handling of channel subscriptions #23 Fixed backend error caused by forgetting to update 'delete_after_watched' field to new name 'automatically_delete_watched'. Added 'new' flag for videos, so not all the unwatched videos have the 'new' badge. Only videos that were added on the last synchronization will have the 'new' badge.
