Update pip package, missing version 0.4.0 #219

I need to install version drf-extensions 0.4.0

But there is no repository for that in pip packages. Please fix this.

I even tried "pip install drf-extensions==0.4.0"

you should try install from github master. closing as duplicate https://github.com/chibisov/drf-extensions/issues/173
