create rosbags of grass video in different conditions for line_detection testing #14

done. The rosbag files can be found on the spare SSD on the Scipio laptop. The drive is called extra_ssd and the files can be found in the rosbag folder

3 different lighting conditions were recorded... morning, afternoon, and dusk... compressed and raw
