[line_detection] determine lowest resolution suitable for line_detection #29

use image_resizer node to play around with resolutions while playing different data sets (rosbags), and determine an optimal resolution. Right now it seems 240p is actually decent enough (given the crappy lens and optics on our cheapo usb camera)

the highest resolution for our camera (aptina) is 1280x960, which is good enough (since it's wide angle)
