cleanup, compile-fix, FlagDetection, README, and l0g1x merge #74

cleans up some line_detection stuff, fixes compile problems in CMakeLists, converts @BatataKingdom FlagDetection to new class, adds a README, and merges with l0g1x fork.

Merge this PR after you merge #72, it should have no conflicts because they're all settled here.
