Update grad issue map in example.html #88

What does this PR do?

Changed grad issue map from actual chart to image to correct for sizing.

Not sure where to put the image!

How was the functionality tested and verified?

All steps should be completed in the order presented, and you should not move on to the next step until the previous is completed.
