Hey folks. My PR has a jupyter notebook containing the project, a requirements.txt, a small csv of data, and an image for the notebook. Thanks!

@ndtallant thank you so much for putting in so much effort into creating this project. I think this is a valuable addition to our repository and we need to do this across multiple project nights. (details in the individual comments). Do you intend to submit a pr to the chicagopython repo? I'll get this merged in the interest of time, however the model we are aiming at is separation of instructions and code artifacts across the two repos - chicagopython contains the instruction on an easy to consume and access web interface, and this repository to store the other artifacts. I'll try to add more instructions regarding that.
