Create view for upcoming meeting view #178

As a ChiPy site user, I want to view a list of all upcoming meetings.

add a link on the homepage under "Upcoming Meetings"

Option: Create a new link on here for Upcoming meeting https://www.chipy.org/meetings/past/

It seems that the template for listing all the upcoming meetings will be nearly identical to the one for listing past meetings. Should I create a partial and use it in both cases or is it ok to have some repeated code in this case?
