Add funding page #42

adds a new .html page containing the list of funding opportunities we've compiled based on discussions in staff meetings
adds a link from the study page to the funding page

Note: I'm not super familiar with hyde websites so I wasn't sure if there's anything in addition to creating the .html file that I need to do to add a new page.

Pages need a template in the yaml header and a main block declaration (jinja2 templating). Fixed in master branch and live now. https://chicas.lancaster-university.uk/study/funding.html
