Not all of these changes are necessary @chick, let's chat about which ones you'd like to keep.

We should discuss whether we want this published to maven with releases etc.

This project has already been moved to /freechipsproject/diagrammer so the changes really need to be there. Do you have time to do that, if not I can put it on my short term list
