Remove lib split-off and used in #14 #16

Per the creation of the osbee lib in pypi, we should drop out the custom_component/osbee/osbeeapi.py to avoid conflict or confusion. This may neither the fix in #14 if there is symbol clash, limiting the benefit of release-0.1.1.
