Static Placemarks without zoom in/out #257

Which products are relevant to this feature request?
Google Earth

What should this feature enhancement do?
Allow a placemark to beave like a 3D model, without making zoom in/out of
it's icon, when the visualization camera is near or far away. And more
important, should be clickable.

Are there any currently known workarounds that produce the same, or
similar, result?
