What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save both attachments to the same directory
2. Load AnimUpdateLink.kml
3. Run the Tour
4. Expect to see the placemark move with the camera, but the placemark
stays put
What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the placemark move to the updated location, instead it
stays in it's original position.
What application versions (if any) are you using?
Google Earth
5.1.3509.4636 (beta)
Which operating systems (and/or relevant web browsers) are affected?
Windows XP
