changes Coop to Contact model relationship from 1-to-1 to 1-to-many
updates csv parsing script to add coop foreign key to contact table

Hey, I think updating the script that creates the seed data was part of issue #214, but I can back it out. I did deliberately make the coop -> contact method 1-many (instead of many-many) but we can talk about it tomorrow.
