There is an online version of xdelta at https://kotcrab.github.io/xdelta-wasm/, it does produce identical files as the EXE version but the speed isn't great.

System benchmarks

Chrome:

M1 Max: 11 seconds
Core i9 12th gen: 21 seconds
Core i9 9th gen: 23 seconds
Core i5 7th gen: 71 seconds 💀

Firefox:

M1 Max: 6 seconds
Core i9: 11 seconds
Core i5 7th gen: 20 seconds 🥳
