Updates to logos, add new theme xml files, adjust top level theme.xml #4

add theme.xml for:

amstrad atari st gamecube intellivision

add new logos for:

amstrad gamecube intellivision megadrive (non US logo) mame

adjusted a couple of other logos (eg. spectrum)

changed spacing around all logos so there is no padding

update main theme.xml and make fine adjustments to positioning in system view, as well as reduce the maximum vertical size of carousel images, so square logos do not appear larger than wide ones.
