Muti language support #719

Hi! I am from China and I studying in New Zealand. I am interest in to add Chinese for buzz. However as a begaining learner could you give any suggestion that how to do that. Thx!

For multi language support you can contribute the *.po file for your language. At this point some issues have to be resolved for this to fully work, but this is on my todo, so when the issues are fixed multi language support will be available.
