Could you please make Buzz as online web service as well? It would be very useful for people who can't afford to depend on their low-end hardware, say laptops.

Buzz provides an option to use OpenAI API if you have a subscription with them. If you have an account with them see https://help.openai.com/en/articles/4936850-where-do-i-find-my-openai-api-key

For free compute resources look at the following Huggingface spaces or search for Google Colab notebooks that you can run on their servers

As I see it one question to answer to consider implementing it is where the resources for transcription will come from
