error warning: 开始新录制出错Error opening InputStream:Unanticipated host error[PaErrorCode-9999]:'Undefined external error.'[MME error1].请检查您音频设备或检查应用程序日志以获取更多信息。 how to fix it?

@HuRuiqi-zju Please give a bit more information about your setup. What OS are you using? Windows, Linux or Mac? What version? I assume you got this error when trying to transcribe from the microphone in Live recording mode. What microphone do you have?

If it is Windows, please see if Buzz has permission to use the microphone in Settings -> Privacy -> Microphone See method 1 in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eRcCYgOuSYQ For method 2 there is no need to uninstall the antivirus, but see if you can temporarily disable it or if there are settings to allow Buzz use the microphone or make it a trusted application.

If it does not help see what settings does your microphone have in System -> Sound -> Input device -> Device properties -> Additional device properties -> Advanced image
