When switching to a language without the english character, No keyboard shortcut works #245

If I try a keyboard shortcut while my keyboard is set to English, everything works perfectly

If I try a keyboard shortcut while my keyboard is set to Hebrew, nothing works at all.

angular-hotkeys don't recognize the key pressed as the same key
