An analytics dashboard is required to show simple but necessary metrics like:

• Hires by month and department [Bar chart]
• Top sequences used by hires [Top ten list]
• Hires by manager [bar chart]
• AVG Time to finish a sequence [Big number widget]
• Total hires by year [Big number widget]

Filters:

• By date [daterange picker]
• By manager
• By department

two options are django-chartjs from chartjs or django-echarts from apache
