Share credentials with a New hire #359

Hi,

what is the best way to share credentials with a new hire?

Currently we have an admin task to create for example an email account and a todo for the hire telling him the URL where he / she can log in.

That's not really an option right now (but could be added/prioritized). In general, I would recommend to create an integration (or use one of the existing ones) to automatically create an email account for your user and send login credentials over email or send it from the integrations directly to their password manager (through an additional API request). There is the option to generate passwords through the integrations.
