FEATURE REQUEST: Backup/Restore Capability #259

It would be pretty awesome and helpful if there was a quick way to "backup" from the UI to a zip file that could be uploaded to a cloud provider as an example. This could include: recipes, history, and configs (Picobrew, not OS), and could also be configurable at backup time to allow the user to select what "feature" they want to back up.

I now see this is followed under #138 (didn't find it because of the naming differences)
