Changed Tilt uid to color-address

Simple in hindsight, but this solves the issue of having the color available, but allow multiples.

Also moved scan_tilt.py to a test dir.

looks like you just copied scan_tilt.py instead of doing a git mv scan_tilt.py tests/ (base directories might be missing)

It sounds ridiculous (and it is) but i got myself back into my F'd up state of my branch being out of sync again. Still not sure how/why :)

After sorting that out I guess I botched the move, sorry. Anyway, should be sorted now.
