Support graph temperatures in Celcius #278

Yeah this is known, sorry folks. Will eventually look at this is someone else that more regularly uses the celsius measurements isn't going to.

No promise on timeframe as this is after all a side project by all of us (6+ contributors to one degree or another).

I did a version with the option to use celcius in the graph (just for brewing sessions on the Pro/S/C) https://github.com/RafaSP/picobrew_pico
