create very basic standard ABV calculation and display realtime on the fermentation chart subtitle
setup a reusable subtitle for use in hydrometer graphs (later I'll centralize both of these into a single implementation... maybe 🤷 since Tilt and iSpindel are essentially the same measurements of Temp and SG)
port tilt graphing improvements from https://github.com/chiefwigms/picobrew_pico/pull/325 made by @wiltdavi into iSpindle/iSpindel graphs
