Add line numbering for equations #4

This type of numbering follows *.docx templates more closely and it is necessary when there are equations that are in environments that are non numbered since otherwise the reviewers can not address that specific equation. This solution is not great but with my google fu I didn't find some robust solution for this.

Nicely done. I will probably get rid of the spacing before/after equations. Will change it after merge.
