Current disc is empty or not recognized as an SACD #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Any SACD inserted not recognized
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected rip options, but get error " The
current disc is empty or not recognized as an SACD, please re-insert."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
#204 on kmeaw 3.55 cfw, also exact same error on Geohot 3.55cfw with lv2 patch, 
etc.

Please provide any additional information below.

PS3 unit plays DSD layer of stereo/multichannel SACDs just fine.  I can even 
load the disc, and start it playing from the XMB, the quit to go over to 
SACD-ripper and always get this error.  Sample log:

18022639[0x11300ef]: sys storage_open 0 45002d01

You need to run the OtherOS++ firmware. Please read 
http://code.google.com/p/sacd-ripper/source/browse/trunk/readme first.

Hello!
We've got the same problem,  (error message) but a week before it worked 
perfectly.
No Fw update done.
