DFF files not decoded from ISO #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. sacd_extract -2 -p (iso is Jordi Savall 4th SACD Marin Marais Piece de Viole 
- 5 SACD boxset)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output (with scarlet book r272):
01 - Jordi Savall (basse de viole) - Ton Koopman (clavecin) - Ho - SUITTE D UN 
GOUT ETRANGER - Marche Tartare, IV. 55.dff
02 - Jordi Savall (basse de viole) - Ton Koopman (clavecin) - Ho - SUITTE D UN

FILES 2 AND 3 ARE NOT DECODED PROBABLY BECAUSE NAME IS TOO LONG AND/OR WITH 
SPECIAL CHARACTERS

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
sacd_extract (PC) 0.3.6

in 0.3.7 you can optionally override the output filename, which should fix this 
as well
