Incorrect Extraction of Opus 3 Showcase (CD21000) Hybrid

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ripped SACD with 0.36 Ripper
2. Extract stereo DST files with SACD_extract (of Jan 9, 2012 version)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tracks 1-10 are correct, but not 11-14. All of 1k length

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win 7 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.
I noticed the last track is in access of 512M when it was being extracted. But 
it end up being 1k like the previous 3 tracks.
