Ripper crashes on "Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto" SACD

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto- Julia Fischer SACD

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Upon inserting disc the screen will freeze indefinitely.  Unable to quit ripper 
and must force shutoff PS3 unit.  Able to eject SACD from the drive but unable 
to do much else.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Running on 3.55 CFW & Ripper v3.6

Please provide any additional information below.
It appears to be that others are having the same issue with this particular 
disc.  One possible solution was using older version of ripper, which allows 
user to choose parts of the disc to backup.
Would it be possible that you can tell me where I can download v2.1 & v3.0 as 
these were the ones mentioned online by others that got it to work.

Have you tried running the program in server mode, then extracting the data on 
another computer?  I have 8 SACDs that lock up my PS3 in the way you describe, 
and 7 of them extracted fine when I used server mode instead.
