Append to rip log instead of overwriting #286

Other "de facto standard" ripping programs like EAC append those subsequent rip 
sessions' results to the rip log. XLD, however, overwrites the log file. 
Instead, XLD should also append subsequent rip results to existing logs.

In a perfect world, this would also make any necessary updates to the CUE file, 
if enabled and present.
