What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. iTunes folder of album in mp3 format
2. XLD select as Open Folder as a Disk (also happens one song at a time)
3. Convert to m4a
iTunes shows for same song
mp3 - 192kbps - 2:06
aac (m4a) - 311 kbps - 1:45
How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?
most, if not all, songs done this way
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected - mp3 is 2 min 5 sec (song 2 min, fade out 5 sec)
output - m4a is 1 min 45 sec (last 20 sec missing)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
