Able to get iGPU working but not with dGPU #1

Thank you for posting this, it gives me some hope. In summary, as the title suggest, I am unable to get both GPU's working at the same time, which is necessary to stream movies to my AppleTV. We both used the same source, where initally I was able to get my dGPU working, and your config I can get my iGPU working without the dGPU. The ultimate purpose in posting is not to troubleshoot exactly, but to confirm that it is working with your 10850k, otherwise I'll buy a 10900k to match our source guide. However, as we have the same MB & CPU (except I'm running Vega 64 FE), If both yours work correctly, I will continue to do more research. For details, the initial post is here:

A confirmation is good enough and can followup with my findings once they both work :)

Also forgot, a successful test would be to go About This Mac > System Report > Graphics/Displays and both should show and IGPU & GPU.

Figured this out. Basically, while the IGPU didn't display as I would have expected, the reason for the error:

This video is in a format that can't be streamed to this TV.

was because the recommend Wifi card which works great OTB for everything, unfortunately has incredibly slow download speeds. Additionally, the ethernet was not working so never had the opportunity to connect having the necessary throuput to work as intended. After realizing the speed was very slow, and couldn't do basic things like transfer a file, I suspected it might not also be able to stream. Such was the case. Thx.

p.s. To fix the ethernet which made this text possible, using the proper driver there are still steps to perform in the OS, which involved selected the lan speed.
