ranges should be inclusive

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. latest 1.2 js release
2. multi tables example html
3. look at the 3rd table, Company ID

range should be inclusive e.g. 17-19 should include 17,18,19
Now, it only has 18.
Same problem for the Number of Employees ranges.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2 js taken from trunk today.

You are right. This is changed in the v 1.2.1. (you can see it on the online 
examples).

I'm closign this issue because example shows that it works with inclusive 
filters.
