From crime to basement flooding, transit patterns to fecal matter in the lake -- rainfall data is freely available and just looking for some good storytellers. This breakout team is looking to build an open source data science project in conjunction with the NORC at the University of Chicago about the changing rainfall pattern in the city and what it means.
