Connect Chicago created one of the best kept secrets on the City of Chicago Data Portal, a list of Truly Free Internet locations in the city. As version 2.0 of our earlier Sharing Chicago Map, we'll be updating this and adding new locations. This is just the kick-off for a larger set of projects.
