Split Take Action into Homeowner and Renter Sections with Improved Links

Overview

Splits out the Take Action page into some sections for Homeowners, Renters, and Everyone (the political section). This should help address user feedback about renters not feeling certain what they could do and feeling like we didn't address them.

Update: I also updated the main social card, because I think the main one doesn't look great compared to the new state one. I made something super quick using our new illustrations rather than the US map, but I'm open to feedback.

@derekeder - one question a coworker had about this page is where we get this data-point from:

40% of US climate pollution comes from decisions made around the kitchen table

Do you know where that comes from? We should probably add an inline source for that at least, since that's a pretty bold claim
