Our current source for this data is the EIA Energy Atlas: https://atlas.eia.gov/apps/a577e0b560bf43b69d3a97e1127af19e/explore

Data is extracted from the ARCGIS online map using https://github.com/tannerjt/AGStoShapefile

Data was last updated in August 2021. Is there a better and more up-to-date source for utility scale solar? I've asked Anthony Star at the IPA.

this eia860 seems like a much better source. its updated every month and the latest shows 1,022 MW of utility power vs 277 from our Energy Atlas data. going to swap this source out
