Need to remove all instances of "nirspec_fmp"

I noticed an error in the apogee/lsf_function.py when it's trying to import nirspec_fmp. We need to remove/change all those instances.

Thanks for catching this! I just checked and removed the nirspec_fmp dependencies. Please let me know if this works.
