Igrins update 2024 #29

Multiple updates to work with data processed through the IGRINS pipeline v3 (all data available in their archive should now be processed through the new pipeline.

Workflow is as follows to fit IGRINS data: 1) test_wavecal_igrins.py 2) igrins_telluric_mcmc.py 3) igrins_mcmc.py

No data should have to be moved, the new functions are set up to find new data in created directories at each step. We see marginal improvement in data processed through v3 of the pipeline.

Is is backward compatible? I'd imagine we will look at some past data and the new workflow shouldn't interfere any older data analysis?

I haven't tried it with old data since everything old has been processed through the new pipeline, so it is all available in this new format. I would need to figure out the old directory structures to test it, but I'm not sure if I can find those anymore.

I see. If they process all of the past data that might be fine, but I haven't heard of any new reduction for LP413 spectra since Greg shared the first reduction
