[develop branch] Category dropdown doesn't work for imported custom keyfiles, or new stock F-15 keyfile #111

and... the dropdown category labels don't quite align with the structure of the F-15 keyfile, either

Fixed in https://github.com/chihirobelmo/FalconBMS-Alternative-Launcher/pull/112

With new mini-feature: any keyfile line with the following idiosyncratic format

SimDoNothing -1 0 0XFFFFFFFF 0 0 0 -1 "{number}. {headerDescription}"

Will get extracted and used as a jump-point in the dropdown list. This should work for any imported keyfile.
