When the throttle is inverted the afterburner detent doesn't work #65

This is a follow up to #53. When the throttle is inverted the afterburner detent doesn't work. Any time the throttle is advanced it immedicably goes into afterburner. If it would be helpful I could provide a proper configuration set in game and one intended to be set the same way in the alternative launcher. Alternatively it might be nice if you could configure alternative launcher to not always overwrite the axis files, that way you could use it for just button assignments. Anyhow, thanks for all the work you do. I'm sure these upgrades are a pain.

thx for the report. Now I repro the problem and will fix it.

Fixed in develop branch. It will be included in the next release.
