Improve on Hurier model, try fit with Planck data #5

Try the following:

  1. Try using the same approach as Hurier
  2. Incorporate 2D projection
  3. Add second shock (interior and accretion)?
  4. Add 2-halo term?

One issue that we're seeing is that the fit often gets stuck in some local minimum, especially the Rsh, which is bad. Need to look into tightening the priors or some other way to improve the fitting.
