Sequence diagrams have numbers detailing the order of execution of the commands. However, this is not necessary as time already flows from top to bottom in a sequence diagram.

Sequence diagram numbering is for clarity purpose I do not see any issues with it since it does not make the diagram more complicated. The indexes are generated automatically by Visual Paradigm and cannot be removed. Furthermore, the severity definitely should be very low and low if theres an issue(but in this case there isnt at all ).
