Would you consider publishing the .apk here on Github, so folks without Playstore can try it? Thanks in advance!

Well, F-Droid would of course be fantastic – but that would require a separate flavor, as Crashlytics is a showstopper there. I happily help bringing it there (filing an RFP) if @chikecodes would provide that "FOSS flavor" without proprietary elements.
