Just a few things that would be useful to have in the notebook:

• [ ] What is styx?
• [x] Mapping of singularity containers (Note downloading of singularity containers)
• [ ] DummyRunner
• [x] How to make use of the printed mermaid graph (not directly-styx related, but may be useful for beginners).
• [x] Handling of IO (just noting each "step" has its own directory)
• [ ] Niwrap types and importantly how it affects containers (e.g. File's are always bound)
• [ ] Explanation of a descriptor (this ties into the previous point)
• [ ] Advanced concepts (from discussion with @nx10, potentially for contribution; e.g. (code extraction))
• [x] Making use of the existing logger
