Description

The wristpy readme should be updated to match the content and style of other CMI public repos.

Tasks

[ ] Update readme to include:
- [ ] Description
- [ ] Installation guide
- [ ] Example usage
[ ] Update pyproject.toml to accurately reflect package metadata (e.g. authors, description, etcetera...)
