Add docker-compose.yml example #41

For local testing I use docker-compose. This image can be useful for both, gitlab-ci and docker-compose. I think the part with environment variables and the database could be better, if you have any suggestion, they are welcome :)

@chilio Shoud I create a new PR with an updated README.md that contains the link to this file in the example chapter? Or would you prefer to leave it like this?
